📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation and processing of financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and bank deposits.
• Support the monthly and quarterly financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Maintain and update the company’s accounting records, including ledgers, journals, and general ledgers.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the reconciliation of accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Provide support to the accounting team in the preparation of tax filings and financial statements for external auditors.
• Collaborate with the finance team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing valuable insights into the company’s financial performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or financial operations, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Previous experience working in a multicultural or international environment is a plus.
