As a Dealer/Dealing Assistant at UOB Kay Hian, you will be responsible for executing trades, monitoring market conditions, and ensuring the smooth operation of our trading activities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Execute trades on various financial instruments, including stocks, bonds, and derivatives, using our trading platform.
• Monitor market conditions and provide real-time updates to the trading team.
• Assist in the preparation of trading reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with the trading team to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of trade executions.
• Provide support to the trading desk during market hours, including pre-and post-trade activities.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all trading activities.
• Stay updated with market trends and developments to support informed trading decisions.
• Assist in the training and development of new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a trading or financial services role.
• Proficient in using trading platforms such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of financial instruments and market trends.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial services industry.
