📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and monitor daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the general ledger, including journal entries, reconciliations, and closing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Conduct regular financial reviews and provide insights to management.
• Maintain and update financial records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial reporting and general ledger management.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
