As an Assistant Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage products to customers.,Maintain and clean coffee equipment and work areas to ensure a hygienic environment.,Assist the Barista in managing orders and ensuring customer satisfaction.,Stock and manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies.,Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.,Assist in training new staff members on coffee preparation and customer service.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,At least 1 year of experience in a coffee shop or similar environment.,Familiarity with coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 lbs.
