📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the branch.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, ensuring high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.,Monitor branch finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
