📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Support the recruitment team in managing job postings and applicant tracking systems.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Maintain and update the company's applicant database.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Assist in the organization of recruitment events and job fairs.,Contribute to the development of the company's employer brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with the IT industry is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
