Design and develop training programs and materials that are aligned with our company's goals and objectives.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs to measure their effectiveness.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that training needs are identified and addressed.,Maintain and update training records and documentation.,Provide support and guidance to employees throughout the training process.,Collaborate with the Training Officer to develop and implement training strategies.,Assist in the planning and organization of training events and activities.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
