📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Manage inventory levels and stock control systems.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.,Train and develop warehouse staff to enhance productivity and skills.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handle any warehouse-related issues or conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing inventory and stock control systems.,Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP or WMS software is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
