Local Home Group is looking for a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Samarinda. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and efficiently utilized. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about logistics and vehicle management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they adhere to safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency.,Schedule and organize vehicle inspections and maintenance services.,Manage vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and service records.,Assist in the procurement of new vehicles and equipment as needed.,Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company safety protocols.,Provide support to the logistics team in planning and executing delivery routes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
