📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the hotel's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Oversee daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing insights to the management team.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Lead the hotel's financial planning and control processes, including variance analysis.
• Provide financial guidance and support to the hotel's operational departments.
• Manage the hotel's inventory and procurement processes.
• Oversee the hotel's payroll and benefits administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel accounting or financial management.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
