As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team in various aspects of human resource management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Support the HR team in the implementation of company policies and procedures related to recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Assist in the organization and coordination of employee training and development programs.,Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.,Assist in the preparation of reports and data related to HR metrics and KPIs.,Support the HR team in the administration of payroll and benefits, including the processing of employee payments and benefits enrollment.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives to support the company's goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
