Spot Port Indonesia is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job advertising, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and training and development.,Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and improve employee satisfaction.,Manage payroll and benefits administration, including tax compliance and reporting.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources.,Assist in the development and implementation of strategic HR plans to support the company's business objectives.,Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related issues and concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
