PT Digital Prima is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team in Palembang. As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department in various aspects of human resources management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and resolve issues.,Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.,Support the HR department in administrative tasks, such as payroll processing and benefits administration.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback to improve employee retention strategies.,Assist in the organization of HR events and activities, such as team-building exercises and company celebrations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a human resources role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
