📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and screening candidates.,Maintain and update employee records and documents.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations matters, including addressing grievances and conflicts.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and benefits information.,Support the HR team in conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees.,Assist in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Familiarity with HR software and systems.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in handling employee relations matters is a plus.
