PT Ekspresi Indah is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store in Samarinda. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction. This is a hybrid role, combining in-store management with remote responsibilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing store performance, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock for customer demand.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Collaborate with remote teams to coordinate store activities and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote collaboration tools.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.
