📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems.,Monitor and maintain the performance and reliability of our IT infrastructure.,Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.,Manage and maintain user accounts, access permissions, and security settings.,Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity.,Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless system operations.,Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a System Administrator or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and networking technologies.,Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.,Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
