📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and initiatives.,Support the Learning and Development team in creating engaging and effective learning materials.,Conduct research and gather data to inform the development of training programs.,Assist in the coordination and delivery of training sessions and workshops.,Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team.,Maintain and update learning and development records and databases.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment between training programs and business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Basic knowledge of learning and development theories and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.
