📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the health center, including patient care, medical services, and administrative tasks.,Managing and coordinating the work of healthcare staff, including doctors, nurses, and support staff.,Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.,Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.,Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the health center, identifying areas for improvement.,Managing the health center's budget and financial resources.,Facilitating communication between different departments and external stakeholders.,Ensuring the health center's facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Public Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare operations management.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficient in using office software and healthcare management systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare system is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
