Global Camp is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Facilitator to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and facilitating various programs and activities, ensuring a high-quality experience for our participants. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan, organize, and facilitate programs and activities for participants.,Ensure the safety and well-being of participants throughout the program.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with participants, volunteers, and other stakeholders.,Create and deliver engaging and educational content to participants.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new facilitators and volunteers.,Collaborate with the team to continuously improve program quality and participant experience.,Manage and maintain program budgets and resources.,Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a facilitator or similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Experience in program planning, organization, and facilitation.,Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in the field.,Ability to adapt to different cultures and environments.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
