📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.,Install, configure, and maintain network equipment and software.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.,Train and mentor junior IT staff on best practices and new technologies.,Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.,Manage IT budgets and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective solutions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to drive innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support roles.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.,Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with ITIL framework is a plus.
