📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide high-quality therapeutic treatments, including facials, waxing, and body treatments, using the latest techniques and products.
• Consult with clients to understand their unique needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in aesthetic and wellness services.
• Assist in the training and development of new team members.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Manage client records and appointments using our in-house software.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Cosmetology, Aesthetic Therapy, or a similar discipline).
• Active license as a Therapist, preferably from the Indonesian Board of Therapists (BPK).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, with a strong portfolio of work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with advanced aesthetic equipment and products, such as Dermalogica, SkinCeuticals, and La Prairie.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
