📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, both locally and internationally.
• Utilize SAP and Oracle systems to track and manage purchasing activities.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational goals.
• Analyze purchasing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Participate in inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing operations.
• Proficient in Mandarin both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Oracle procurement systems.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management or a related field is a plus.
• Experience with Alibaba or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
