Oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Coordinate with various departments to achieve company goals and objectives.,Manage and mentor operational staff, providing guidance and support.,Conduct regular operational audits to assess performance and identify issues.,Develop and maintain operational manuals and guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.
