📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing and coordinating daily operations activities,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures,Monitoring and maintaining operational efficiency,Assisting in the development and implementation of operational plans,Supporting the team in achieving operational targets,Providing operational support to other departments as needed,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports,Assisting in the training and development of new staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role,Strong organizational and time management skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with office management software and tools,Ability to work well in a team environment,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
