Quick Port Nusantara is looking for a skilled and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the company's general ledger and accounts payable/receivable records.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.,Monitor bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.,Provide financial data and analysis to support decision-making processes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.,Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Fluency in English both written and spoken.
