📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.

Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visitor information.

Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.

Ensure the reception area is clean and organized at all times.

Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Handle and manage mail and packages.

Provide information about the company and its services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with basic computer software and email systems.

Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
