As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining a positive customer experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including scheduling staff, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and increase sales and revenue.,Train and mentor staff to ensure they are providing excellent service and following company policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and meets all health and safety standards.,Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of high-quality ingredients and products.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date, and that the restaurant is operating within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of success in managing and growing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu development.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound business decisions.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.,Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and customers.
