Outtask HR Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior 3rd Line Support Engineer to join our remote team based in Bali, Indonesia. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide third-line support to resolve complex technical issues and ensure system uptime and performance.,Analyze and diagnose technical problems to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.,Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.,Document and maintain detailed records of technical issues, resolutions, and best practices.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve support services.,Conduct regular reviews of support processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement.,Train and mentor junior support engineers to ensure knowledge transfer and continuous skill development.,Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on third-line support.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.,Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Bash.,Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.,Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices for IT service management.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external teams.
