📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Lead the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.,Manage the budgeting process, including the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.,Supervise the accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management on financial matters.,Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the organization meets its financial targets.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in a healthcare or similar industry.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the healthcare industry.
