Managing cash transactions accurately and efficiently.,Ensuring a positive customer experience by providing excellent service.,Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Maintaining and updating cashier records and reports.,Collaborating with team members to achieve daily sales targets.,Following company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.,Assisting in inventory management and restocking as needed.,Participating in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in a retail or service environment.,Proven track record of excellent customer service skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Good mathematical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using basic computer software and hardware.,Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed.
