THK GLASS & TRADING Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Stock & Ledger Clerk to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining accurate records of our inventory and financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a passion for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and accounting processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update stock ledgers and inventory records.,Process and record all stock movements, including receipts, issues, and transfers.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.,Prepare and maintain reports on stock levels, movements, and financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.,Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial records.,Support the warehouse team in maintaining a well-organized and efficient warehouse.,Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and inventory reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a warehouse or accounting environment.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and accounting principles.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Attention to detail and accuracy in recording and reporting.,Familiarity with basic inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
