📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical documentation.,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.,Develop and maintain user manuals, quick start guides, and other types of technical documentation.,Provide technical support to customers and internal teams by answering questions and resolving issues related to technical documentation.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Participate in cross-functional projects and teams to support the development and launch of new products and services.,Contribute to the development of technical writing tools and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing, with a focus on software, hardware, or other technical products.,Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Confluence.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
