📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documents including manuals, guides, and tutorials.,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical content.,Review and edit documents to ensure clarity, correctness, and consistency.,Assist in the development of user-friendly documentation and training materials.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to the overall success of the team.,Provide technical support to customers and stakeholders as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Knowledge of industry-specific terminology and standards.

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical writing tools (e.g.MadCap FlareAdobe FrameMakerConfluence).Documentation management systems.Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.Project management skills.Customer support experience.Attention to detail and accuracy.
