Space Bit Sentosa is looking for a dynamic and experienced Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. If you are passionate about training and development, and have a proven track record in this area, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs to meet the needs of the organization and employees.,Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring that the content is engaging and effective.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Work with other departments to ensure that training programs align with the organization's goals and objectives.,Provide feedback and support to employees on an ongoing basis to help them develop their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure that training programs are integrated into the organization's overall HR strategy.,Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.,Strong knowledge of training and development theories and practices.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficient in using training and development software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Ability to travel to different locations within Indonesia, if required.
