📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems like QuickBooks or SAP.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
• Maintain the store's cleanliness and organization, including restocking shelves and ensuring a tidy checkout area.
• Handle cash and card payments, and process refunds or exchanges as needed.
• Assist with inventory management by counting stock and reporting discrepancies to the store manager.
• Stay informed about store promotions and special offers to assist customers with their purchases.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Follow all health and safety protocols, including proper handling of meat products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 1 tahun pengalaman sebagai kasir atau peran serupa di toko ritel atau restoran.
• Pengalaman bekerja dengan sistem POS seperti QuickBooks atau SAP adalah plus.
• Kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik dan ramah dengan pelanggan.
• Kemampuan bekerja dalam tim dan berorientasi pada pelanggan.
• Kemampuan hitung cepat dan akurat.
• Berpengalaman dengan produk daging dan pengetahuan dasar tentang pemotongan daging adalah nilai tambah.
• Memiliki sertifikasi dalam layanan pelanggan atau sertifikasi dalam manajemen inventaris adalah nilai tambah.
• Memiliki SIM C dan bersedia bekerja di toko yang terletak di Badung, Bali.
