• Conduct high-volume recruitment drives to fill open positions efficiently.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Workday.
• Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Conduct background checks and reference verifications for all candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or Workday.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and employment regulations in Bali.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in HR practices or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
