📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of internal audits across various departments.
• Conduct financial audits to assess the accuracy and effectiveness of financial controls and reporting processes.
• Develop and implement risk-based audit plans to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using audit software such as Oracle Hyperion, SAP, or similar tools.
