📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' physical conditions.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
• Providing hands-on therapy sessions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and electrotherapy.
• Monitoring and documenting patient progress and outcomes.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Staying updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy through continuous education and professional development.
• Promoting a positive and supportive work environment that fosters professional growth and development.
• Assisting in the administration of the physiotherapy center, including patient scheduling and record-keeping.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical physiotherapy setting.
• Professional certification from the Indonesian Physiotherapy Association (IAP) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practice and clinical reasoning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and other relevant software.
