📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, CCTV systems, and surveillance equipment.
• Provide technical support to clients, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the smooth operation of their systems.
• Monitor and maintain network performance, ensuring optimal connectivity and security.
• Conduct regular system checks and updates to prevent downtime and enhance performance.
• Collaborate with the team to implement new technologies and improve existing systems.
• Document all technical processes and provide training to clients and team members as needed.
• Participate in on-call support to address urgent technical issues promptly.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our clients receive the best solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, networking, or CCTV systems.
• Certifications in networking (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) and CCTV systems (e.g., CCTV Installation and Maintenance) are a plus.
• Proficient in using IT tools and software such as Wireshark, PRTG, and CCTV management systems like Hikvision or Dahua.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Familiarity with Bali's unique IT infrastructure and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to travel to various locations in Bali as needed.
