📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and report on vessel performance and operational metrics.
- Manage crew schedules and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with marine engineers and navigators to address operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with international maritime standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
- Maintain and update vessel operational records and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of vessel maintenance schedules and plans.
- Provide support during vessel repairs and maintenance activities.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marine vessel operations.
- Certification as a Marine Engineer Officer (MEO) or equivalent.
- Knowledge of international maritime standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with vessel performance monitoring software such as Fleet Management Systems (FMS).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
