As an Operations Efficiency Manager, you will work closely with the retail team to streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance productivity. You will implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like SAP and Excel, ensuring that all outlets meet or exceed performance targets. Additionally, you will collaborate with the supply chain and procurement teams to optimize inventory management and ensure timely restocking of medications and supplies.

• Oversee and optimize daily operational workflows across all Alpro Pharmacy outlets in Bali.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using SAP and Excel.
• Collaborate with the retail team to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
• Work with the supply chain and procurement teams to optimize inventory management.
• Ensure timely restocking of medications and supplies.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of operational processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor retail staff on best practices and new operational procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in retail pharmacy operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail pharmacy operations or a similar role.
• Proven track record of optimizing operational workflows and improving efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar operational excellence programs is a plus.
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry and retail pharmacy operations is a plus.
