📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
• Leverage your knowledge of the CCTV industry to provide expert advice and support to clients.
• Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and increase customer lifetime value.
• Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on client relationships and business performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that drive customer engagement and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of the CCTV industry and related products and services.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
