📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and control the export of goods from Bali to international markets.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and shipping agents to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of all export transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of shipping documents such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in international shipping and logistics.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of logistics strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in export operations or international logistics.
• Familiarity with shipping software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
