SOS Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Care & Community Specialist to join our PruHealth Friend (PHF) program. This role is crucial in supporting our community health initiatives and ensuring that our members receive the best care possible. The ideal candidate will have a passion for community health and a commitment to improving the well-being of others.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide healthcare support and guidance to PHF members.,Organize and participate in community health activities and events.,Educate and raise awareness about health and wellness topics.,Monitor and report on the health status of PHF members.,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.,Assist in the development and implementation of health programs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of member health information.,Promote a positive and inclusive community environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in community health or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of health and wellness principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Valid first aid certification is a plus.,Experience in organizing community health events is a plus.
